In Kookaburra Men's Premier action, our Ringwood 3rd XI got up against Carlton 3rd XI in a pleasing performance.
Our bowlers restricted Carlton 3rd XI to 6/262 from 45 overs. Fifty for Harry Simpson, who made 92 for our opponents. Lewis Bouckley made a classy 70 for the visitors, a well-deserved half-century. Zachary Seal was the pick of our bowlers with two for 25.
In reply, the boys reached the target at 4/265 in 43 overs. Luke Ivanovic posted a polished hundred, making 131 not out off 103 balls. Charlie Moore played a handy knock of 45.
