It was a day to regroup for our Ringwood 2nd XI, who lost their match against Camberwell Magpies 2nd XI away from home.

Across the match we made 10/204, with Camberwell Magpies 2nd XI on 9/348. Fifty for Jackson Edwards, who finished with 68 off 121 balls. Charlie Moore posted a half-century, making 51 off 62 balls with six fours and one six. Kevin Prior bowled cleverly for the hosts, a six-wicket haul of six for 38.

Moore bowled cleverly to finish with three for 36. Luke Tully offered good support with two for 66. Lucas Smith passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 88. James Wiseman made a stylish 73 for the hosts, a well-deserved half-century.

There are plenty of positives to take out of this one. Plenty to work on, and plenty to like.
